Customer service is low quality with high prices. Tables dirty and nowhere to sit. Employees aren't very friendly and seem like... everything is a hassle for them to do. If you don't like your job, then let someone else who wants to work be there. Read more

Great sandwiches and salads, but disappointed about price increases. It's happening everywhere, so I can't fault Subway alone.... I'll still eat here regularly. Nice folks and they are very efficient, so I never have to wait long. Read more

Only giving one start because. Ordered and paid for food online just to find it closed early due to staffing. Was supposed to... close at 6pm, was here 6pm sharp and still no one. Still allows you to order in app, good way to just get revenue from peoplenot willing to go through the hassle to get a refund. Read more

I realize things are difficult now with hiring quality employees, but this was an all time low . I ordered the most simple... sandwich, the employee walked out , didn?t say hello , when I told her my order she rushed through it , never looked at me , thesandwich was a mess . She slapped a sticker on it and threw it towards me at the end of the counter . Then when I got 11 centsworth of Change , she threw it at me on the counter . Covid rules aside . Sandwiches are fine. I asked them to label the sandwiches on the online order, but they didn't. I called to politely share... that feedback, and they listened but didn't offer any comment or reaction. When I said "next time when I ask, would you pleaselabel them? Thanks." She said "You're welcome." And then she hung up on me. Read more
