The inly reason they get a 1 star is ebcause i can not go lower. Subway has good tasting food, but terrible service at this... location. When i ask for my sauces i ask for 4 lines of each sauce i get. They don't know how to count, and meas my order up. Itry to call for questions regarding food, and closing times depending on weather, and i get no answer. Go toany subway but thisone. Read more
Rude person working the front. My son loves Subway. We go to this Subway at least once a week. NEVER AGAIN. We had a coupon that... was one day expired and the new coupons had the same add. I called my wife to confirm and the lady in the front would not honorthe coupon even after my wife confirmed we had the same coupon at home that was valid. Even offered to bring the coupon by in anone hour. I would understand if that same offer was not available. We as a family we not return. There is a Jimmy John's downthe street. I'm usually really patient and understanding, but this is the only Subway I've been to where the workers literally moved... incredibly slow and had zero customer service. They were two young boys working, who seemed tired, like they hated their livesand came off pretty rude. Looking at the other reviews from folks, it's obvious not all the workers there lack customer serviceskills, and maybe these two were just having a bad day, but it definitely was my worst experience at a fast food facility. Staff were wonderful, even in the middle of the lunch rush! Polite, smiling, and even joking a little with us. I also observed... one employee (the supervisor?) working with a younger employee (maybe newer?). She was recognizing something he had done verywell, and giving him a gentle reminder about something else. She seemed like a really positive mentor! I love seeing such strongteamwork. Read more
I'm not just saying that this is the absolute best subway for miles!! The manager here always has a smile on her face and... welcomes every customer. It is difficult for casual restaurants like this to remain consistently good. This location truly isgreat every time I visit. Great service and yummy sandwiches.
