Ordered a venti peppermint mocha. Received a overpriced hot chocolate. Extremely disappointed....definitely was in need of a... coffee. I'm very empathetic to those in the service industry. The lady there the barista did not know what she was doing and she didn't know how to make the coffee that I wanted she didn't... understand how to blend it she didn't know that she could blend it she was just a very confused young lady and then when Iordered something else and I asked for extra caramel extra with she didn't do it right still so I will not be going back ifshe's working but usually it's really good and I usually get great service there Read more

Why did they have to buy out Pizza Hut?
