Wow. The Thai wrap is the best "sandwich" I've ever had from JJ. I hope they keep it on the menu.

Terrible service! I am 1.6 miles from my local JJ?s and ordered lunch combos for my crew of five at 11:40 today. At 12:15 I... called to find out where my food was. I was told that ?they were very busy and had a bunch of catering orders go out.? Iexpressed my displeasure, to which the person replied ?well there?s nothing we can do about it?, which of course is completelyfalse, because it is their restaurant after all. 15 minutes later I called back and spoke to the manager, asking where my foodwas, and was given the same response. I asked what the manager was willing to do for me, to which he replied that he wouldcancel the order and take back the food. Here it is nearly an hour since I ordered the food, my team is hungry and all themanager can do is offer to take the food back. This really is an example of management that is either not empowered or doesn?tunderstand how to be responsive their customers. Even if they had known it would take so long to fulfill my order, they could?veat least called me and let me know. That way I could?ve made alternate plans. Jimmy John?s is my go to when I?m in the office or working from home. I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff involved... with my order today. It so happened my sides got left out of my order. Not the hugest deal but I was looking forward eatingthem. I called the store and they immediately had someone deliver the sides to my door. Everyone was so kind from the folks whotalked to me on the phone and the driver that waited till I answered the door to make sure I got my food. I usually always have good service. But today I was EXTREMELY disappointed. Not only was my order delivered at the wrong address... and I had to wait over an hour for it, I was LIED to about the reason. All that was said there are two orders under the samename, wouldn?t there be a different address for each name? When calling to let them know that I haven?t received my order theydidn?t even bother to check which order was mine and what I had ordered and confirm it with me. They couldn?t even offer freechips I have been waiting for now two hours for sandwich and chips. Ridiculous. Read more

The food is good but the service is lacking. The people running the register appear to operate with the assumption that everyone... has been to JJ?s and this simply isn?t the case. I went hear for the first time and was not given an explanation of how thingsworked but instead just pushed into ordering without any guidance or patience from the staff. This Jimmy John?s location is by far the most delicious. The bread baked fresh is just woah. This location in Wilsonville has... the BEST customer service. I will often choose to eat here consecutively just due to the great people they hire here, not tomention the great feeling that comes from scarfing down one of their exquisite made from scratch subs.
