Saw the great reviews and dove right in. Reality didn't meet expectations. According to the menu, their Chicago deep dish has... "layers" of "pepperoni, sausage, green bell peppers, onions, and sausage." On our pizza, we couldn't find a single pepperoni. If we saw a piece of sausage, we counted ourselves lucky. Looking for mushrooms was sort of like spotting a moose. Green bellsand onions were moderate... at best. For $38, I was expecting a LOT more toppings. Sauce was quality and abundant. Cheese wasgood. Crust was interesting but far too brittle IMO... Zero chewiness. Guys working were very nice and chill. Read more
