The general staff is nice and the food is what you'd expect from Subway. The real problem is with the owner and management. This... location is run by an out of touch, covid denying, unkind, and conservative boomer. He treats his employees like they're belowhim and has no respect for anyone. This clown has had his subway location closed down like 4 times in the past couple yearsbecause he's got too much of a child's brain to ask his employees to wear masks and care about other people, probably becausehe's incapable of doing so himself. Quite embarrassing if you ask me. This might be one of 2-3 eating locations available inWilmore, but it's certainly worth your money to drive somewhere else to eat. Read more
Great experience here stopped in for lunch while working. Was greeted and made to feel at home Taylor and December made me... feel like I was eating at home almost anytime I'm in Wilmore I will definitely come back to the subway to see them again. I got a chop salad that cost over $7 and it was smaller than McDonald's side salad. It's a shame because I always eat there for... lunch because I work close and I cant even eat a good size portion I asked for a little bit more lettuce and they only put atiny bit. Read more
Went in today March 3rd (during the Covid Outbreak) and the young lady working was alone , she had the whole store spotless. I... ordered 7 sandwiches and she made them all with a smile on her face, she marked each one so I would know who's was who's andwhile she was on the 2nd one 4 more customers came in. She let them know it would be a few min and kept a really lovely attitudethe whole time. I tipped her a $10. She was great and the food was wonderful. Highly recommend this Subway!!???? Read more
Great service, very clean, food was fresh even 1/2 hr before closing!
Since the food in one Subway is pretty much the same as every other Subway, what can you do to earn a higher rating? Be... friendly? Check. Have a clean restaurant? Check. Play good music at a reasonable level? Check. Get the order right? Check. This is a very small Subway, and I've seen the line out the door (and I've chosen on those days to eat elsewhere). Butthe day I visited (the university wasn't yet in session after Christmas holidays) it was busy without being too crowded. Iordered what I get about 80% of the time I eat here: roasted chicken with meatball sauce and mozzarella cheese toasted. Withpickles, peppers, Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese all on Italian cheese bread. I still cannot believe that they haven'tmade the Chicken Mozzarella Marinera a regular sandwich, but it is really good. I ordered their chili for the first time. Itwas a bit sweet (not too much) and served piping hot. Plenty of meat. Better than average, but not quite as good as Wendy'schili (which you may disagree, but is a pretty good soup for a fast food place. Read more
