I ordered a pizza yesterday that was 25 minutes late because the driver told me she had to drive to Clarksville before dropping... my pizza off. The store manager said that he would remake the food that never happened and he also promised me a refund thatnever happened. Do yourselves a favor and get Little Caesars. Everything was burnt. I spent $30 on food from there and all of it burnt. The cheese breadsticks barely had cheese on them. The... cinnamon rolls had barely any icing and all food so burnt it was inedible. I threw it out. Instead of a refund they sent me avoucher for free cheesesticks at pizzahut stores that are no where near me. How is that compensation for bad food? Read more
I ordered mild wings and got honey barbecue. They were supposed to be bone in wings and got boneless wings. The driver told me... that that manager wasn?t even going to call to let me know that they messed up the order and the driver had to make the managercall. Read more
Getting the food I actually ordered would be a great start. The buffalo chicken pizza tasted rancid and sour. The taco pizza was... actually quite good. We got breadsticks instead of cheesesticks, no marinara sauce or salsa for the taco pizza and the cinnamonrolls had maybe a small spoonful of icing on the entire 10 piece order. Read more
