I am an employee at this Chipotle store and I can say that I absolutely love this job! It does take time for us to get this... store up and running. It is improving every day. And it is a lot of work preparing all of the food for the customers when we areextremely busy. So please be courteous and kind to the employees. We are all doing out best to satisfy every customer. Always out of something...rice, steak, chips, lettuce. Do not order online! I waited for an hour past my pick up time. There... were two points during the hour wait that they had no customers inside and employees just waiting for customers. I asked ifthey could please just make my food at the counter and they said they cannot because I ordered online. That makes no sense! Verypoor management Read more

Placed an order online (forgot was walkin) came through the drive thru. For an order that was placed 30-40 mins prior, it was... not ready and had to wait another 10 minutes for it to be. After driving back twenty minutes to my destination, there wasn'tanything to eat with in the bags. Be prepared for a long wait, this location shouldn't do catering just yet in my opinion. It's obvious they need to smooth some... things out first. - Dirty Tables / Surfaces - Unfinished atmosphere ? Staff seems cool, but new. Read more

I?ve been here twice since it has opened, portion sizes have been just fine I ALWAYS have left overs so I?m not sure where... people are coming up with the small portion size from. Also, chipotle has never offered sauces for their bowls son not sure whypeople would think this one would. The salsas and seasonings on the meat/veggies give my bowl PLENTY of flavor and no need forany kind of sauce to add more flavor to the bowl. Both of my experiences were great. Drive to store 3x to correct order (double steak with no steak, wrong rice, all wrong toppings, barely filled bowl, and missing... guacamole). Never had the order fixed because the third time we went back we were told there were ?out? of steak they also saidthat they could not refund us because they had no manager working on a Friday night? I was kind of worried about going to this new Chipotle in town. 2.7 Star rating is not very good. However, brand new means... getting kinks worked out. For my visit. I went in right in the middle of lunch (1230). I waited under ten minutes from walkin to walk out. I have had to wait at least that long or longer at any Chipotle I have been to. Because they are very popular. NOT because they are slow or understaffed. If you went in the first week, these crew members are learning so the wait wasunderstandable. Place (tables) were all dirty. However, by the time I left, they were clean. This is something I have foundat every Chipotle I have been to. Complaints (in the reviews) about portions. I have always asked for EXTRA and they havegiven me extra. The only extra toppings you pay for is meat, possibly queso and guacamole (not positive) I submitted pics of mybowl. Only thing I have is rice, chicken (extra) corn salsa and regular salsa??full bowl and no lettuce cheese or sourcream. One final thing. I have done this a couple of times. If I do not like the way they are making it and skimping onportions and won?t add more, I walk out not accepting nor paying for the food. If I want extra meat (as I always do). I letthem give me the first portion THEN tell them I want double. If you ask for double right away they give you 2 small scoops. Ifthe second portion of meat(that you pay extra for) is half the size of the first one, don?t accept it. If you don?t like it youdo not have to pay for it?..if you accept it and pay for it then that?s your own fault and don?t complain. Just ask for extra,people. Staff was friendly. Read more

I have never seen such a poorly ran place. I feel sorry for the kids working there. Placed an order for a time to pick up and... didn?t get it until 45 minutes later. I was told by the manager after he grabbed a handful of food and ate it out of the tubthat he has a 30 minute window to make the food for pick up even if you place it for a pick up time. Franchise owner andchipotle management was notified. And to add fuel to the fire a lot of DoorDash people are losing money because people arecanceling orders. must be hard for a door dasher to call Customer and say that they can?t have their food when it was promisedthat they are getting it an hour late. ****update went again today and look!! Half a container of food so they don?t run out offood no chips no steak not shells no fajita veggies or Brown rice. What a joke. Read more
