Awful staff that serve cold and overdone food consistently. I regularly ask for my food to be made fresh because if I don't I... know this location will serve me whatever oldest food they have sitting around. Despite asking for fresh food and being toldeverything is made to order, my toast is hard and cold despite overpaying for a restaurant to toast bread for me. I can'timagine serving a paying customer cold hard toast. The staff clearly has no respect for anyone who dares dine at thislocation. When I ask for a replacement for my toast it takes over 8 minutes for the staff to heat bread. While waiting for myfood another gentleman complains at the counter that his food was also cold and not fresh as he requested. He and I were theonly customers in the store and none in the drive through. This location has the least caring staff I've seen in a restaurant.The people preparing your food in the kitchen do not care at all. Do not patronize. Read more
Just had a wonderful experience here, you can really tell when someone takes pride in their work. I had the pleasure to have... Bill take care of me. He was fantastic with the person in line before me, he was friendly, remembers everything about theorders, and even remembered my name when I went back over to ask a question.
