This is the worst wingstop I have ever been to, and i travel a good amount and have visited many. All 4 of my visits with this... location have been terrible. To begin with, the cashiers provide the worst service i?ve ever had. There?s two cashiers, one ofwhich is a girl that has airpods in and never takes them out. She also considers every request a huge inconvenience as I saw herrolling her eyes and being rude to a customer who was asking if her order was ready. Other cashier speaks so softly you probablycouldn?t hear him even if he spoke into a megaphone. The entire conversation took twice as long with the amount of times we hadto ask him to speak up. Aside from that, every order i?ve placed has always had something missing or wrong. I?ve gotten wrongflavors and entire combos missing from my order and only realize once i?m home and almost 30 min away. When i?ve has theseissues they?ve always let me know they would put credit into my account. Today I found out that their method of keeping track oftheir errors is a spiral notebook that they probably got for $1 at walmart. I can?t help but think that there?s an infiniteamount of methods that are better than stapling things into a notebook and making notes with highlighter. It?s not evenorganized by name or date. I honestly laughed out loud when they brought out the notebook because I have never heard of abusiness being run like this. I?ll give props to the lady that actually helped us out with my ?order credits.? Not only is theservice bad but the entire restaurant is always filled with smoke and the restrooms look like they haven?t been cleaned in awhile. The good food is honestly not worth literally all the other inconveniences you go through here. I gave it a couple triesbut jesus christ this is the worst restaurant i?ve ever been to in my life. WingStop was very good. We have always gone to Wild Wing buy after too many bad experiences we quit going. I was craving some... wings so decided to give WingStop a try. The young man at the counter was nice and we got our order pretty quickly even thoughthey were busy. We brought it home and everything was correct. Food was delicious. I enjoyed the wings and fries very much. Isaw that they have a lunch special during the week so I will definitely be back. Read more

This location is ridiculous. I?m currently waiting on a call back from the RM about a refund on items that were missing from my... order 2x in a row. Sad part is I called after ordering my second delivery to ensure all of my items would be delivered. I wastold absolutely. Received my order with those same items missing. This was my first time at a wing stop ever. I was super excited. The food looked good, however the taste is just okay. The wait... time wasn't too long. If I had to pick one thing the was banging was something I didn't except and it was the ROLLS... OMG. Sobuttery and fluffy. Reminded me of Golden Corral. The corn would be my 2nd choice. Someone maybe burnt grease or had the oil to high. Whole place was Smokey. Service wasn?t great. Seemed like they prioritized... take out orders over in-store orders. Took us about 30 min to get our food. They also rang us up as curb-side pickup instead ofdine in. So they gave us huuuge bags for a small amount of food. Not to mention the person at the front wasn?t projecting hervoice so you could barely hear her in the back. The bathrooms were terrible.
