I am impressed . I haven?t been to independence mall in about 5 years, I ended up going yesterday with my kids . It was almost... closing time and the very sweet cashier Sama did not mind . She dropped what she was doing and came to serve me and my family .The food was amazing , i?ve never ate anything fresher from a fast food place ! Well we'll well. I would have never thought I could Chicken & Waffles in the mall. But to my surprise I can and Wing Co. Did not... disappoint. Great customer service from the young lady Sama she always have a smile. I'm so impressed with all the items I'vetried so far. Just found out the menu has more than I ever could imagine from Breakfast to Smoothies to Vegan options. I can'twait to order again. I think I am going to document the food I try there next time. OMGODDESS! The food here is so so fresh and taste great. The ingredients are qood quality and I feel my food is made with... precision. I've tried a few things on the menu. I thought they only sold wings but to my surprise they have a great variety offood even vegan options. I'll never eat any other place in the mall but here. Very pleased, fulfilling and did I mention fresh.I can't understand why anyone would have an issue at this establishment. The customer service is always great with a beautifulsmile. The cashier was very sweet but was unable to serve her customers properly because of the incompetence of the 2 cooks. Their... attitude was they couldn?t care less if they got food out to the 7 customers waiting. I waited exactly 43 minutes for asandwich and was given someone else?s order. I think businesses should prohibit personal phones while on the clock!! Read more
We stopped by here to get some grub. The cashier was standing in the back talking to a cook, and LOOKING at us LOOK at her. She... just keep talking to the chef. After continuing to stare at the menu we finally asked ?are y?all open?? She nodded and walkedcasually to the front. We decided to eat somewhere else. This also happened to a few other customers. Food is fresh and good!! They even deliver on grub hub.
