What a great place! Visiting Wilmington for a couple of days and picked up a broucher about Whiskey Trail Midtown on Lancelot... lane from the hotel lobby. Due to being Halloween, the hostess dressed up like Harlequin and in a festive mood. She made surewe were taken care of , and the food was extraordinarily great. Just a fantastic location. I'm looking forward to returning. Read more

Came to watch the bills game! Surprised to see a bunch of other Buffalo bills fans here too. The fried pickles were delicious

Bartender was unfriendly and seemed to not want to be there. Was eating and hiding out most the time. Definitely not a place I'd... recommend. Draft beers were over priced. Very very disappointed. Read more

Don't wanna give a 1 star bc I never got to experience anything about this bar. Came in sat at the bar at 8pm. Left at 8:15... after not being spoken too or even acknowledge. First time here, visiting the area and not sure if I will ever be able toreturn. Read more

Prior to this evening, I had not heard about Whiskey Trail Pub and Grill in Midtown. I was thinking of going with another place... for a burger, but the burger selection on WTPG's menu had me wanting to try something and some place lesser-known in thearea. FOOD: Channel Haven Burger (Grilled mushrooms and onions, Gorgonzola crumbles, chipotle mayo on a brioche roll.) withside of Beer-Battered Onion Rings. The aroma from the Gorgonzola and the faint scent of beer from the hot onion rings, seepingfrom the take-out container, seemed very promising. Taste, however...said something entirely different. To summarize theentire meal? Bland. Very bland and just meh. The brioche roll was soft and wonderful, but was dense and significantly thickerthan the burger patty, thus, drowning out the burger. The chipotle mayo sauce also seemed to get lost in the sandwich. When Ithink of anything Chipotle, I think of some spice and heat. I tasted no heat, whatsoever, and felt that it's only purpose wasto add some moisture to the sandwich. The grilled mushrooms and onions were prepared nicely and the Gorgonzola cheese was asexpected. The burger just fell flat, which was so disappointing. There seemed to be little to no char on the patty, it lackedserious seasoning but it was cooked medium-well, as ordered. The onion rings also had almost zero seasoning and flavor. Thegolden beer batter had a nice crunch, but all I could taste with each and every bite, was the sweetness of the thick rings ofonion, themselves...nothing more. The lack of seasoning, coupled with no side dipping sauce for the rings, resembled largechunks of the Bloomin' Onion from Outback Steakhouse but not nearly as tasty. If I'm being 100% honest with you and myself, Iwish I would have chosen to order from another place, altogether. I did not enjoy this meal. SCORE: 2 STARS!! SERVICE: Witha $0.49 delivery special through Grub Hub on Yelp!, I took advantage so that I could relax at home. Ord Read more
