Takes about 30 minutes in the drive through with 3 cars in line. Everyone who works there hates there life and hates everyone... who walks in. The manager Whitney Rickett is one of the worst customer service managers I have ever met. Everyone has anattitude and views customers as inconveniences. Read more
Worst cheeseburger at Wendy's S. College Rd, Wilmington, NC. We were counting on a nice hot juicy cheeseburger from Wendy's.... Patiently waited in the drive thru for a very long time. Finally got our order and drove away. Opened up the wrapper andinstantly knew it was cold. The cheese was not even remotely melted. The meat was cool to the touch. My husband found hair three different times in his food. As far as my transaction I went to different night to get a double... cheeseburger mayonnaise home and they made the sandwich run both nights in a row the shift on night shift are bunch of kids thatjust play around. I ask the boy at the drive threw window the guy with colored hair to check with the cook to make sure mySandwich was made right and he blantly just turned around got on his phone and totally ignored me didn?t go anywhere just whenyou is rotten to the core I don?t think the manager air you need a new workforce in this Wendy?s Read more
Just because the place closes at 10 don't mean at 9:30 that you can ignore me for 15min at the intercom and try to get the clock... closer to 10 before I try to order; especially when there is no other customers and when I pulled up I saw someone getting a bagof food at window. I wonder did they get ignored like I did. I was served but I had to pull up to window and get manager to takemy order, those young boys I there just looked at me and ignored me. Read more
Everything was fine, dinner was great. The only thing disappointed about was no chocolate frosty but I NC just tried a... strawberry one instead. Not to crazy about it but it was fine. Service was pleasant. That is one thing I do have to say is thatI know I am not in FLA anymore when the people are nice & polite. Because when in Florida servers or hospitality workers are notnice, they are not helpful & they have attitudes, but in the Carolinas everyone is so sweet & polite & adorable. Read more
The staff was nice however we were missing items from our order. Always check your bag before driving off. I was in too much of... a hurry after long wait. I called and had to drive all the way back and wait again. They apologized and gave me double what Iwas missing. My daughter was happy for the drive but not missing her food. Read more
