I had received a wonderful coupon in the mail for buy on baconator get one for a dolla. So I hop and my car and head to my local... Wendy?s on Eastwood road. Get up to the mic and say can I get two baconators one a meal and the other just the entree. I pullaround to the window and explain I have the coupon. He says alright. Bout 30 seconds later the swashbuckling salamander thatthis Wendy?s employee is says he cant accept the coupon because it?s for two entrees. I exclaimed that if you ring me up for twobaconators and fries and a drink on the side. He said I would have to re do the order. He basically said I?m too lazy and Idon?t care about you to my face. We ordered two kids meals, a gentleman handed us the bag of cold fries and cold nuggets, and let us know that the kids toys were... gone ?sold out?. Once we got home we realized they didn?t give us the kids milks. There is no sanitation grade anywhere to beseen in the greasy, smudged, rusty drive through window so let your imagination determine how low that score may be. Read more
This is the absolute WORST Wendy's I have ever been to my whole life. Ordered the same thing I do at every Wendy's...a... strawberry sweet tea ( in place of strawberry lemonade) they refused to make it for me. The manager told me (without evenlooking at me to acknowledge he was speaking to me) that they cannot open purée to make strawberry sweet tea.???? That's thefirst time I have heard that since they brought that stupid purée. Then i asked for ketchup since they had none in their pumpsand the rude little girl behind the counter dropped them on the counter in front of me one at a time....just wow. Never have Iever had such horrible service nor will I ever come back when I am in town. Get your act together Wendy's. Read more
Food is always consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. Better value for your money than McDonald?s. My only complaint is the... young man at the window never seems happy, he always looks distraught. Be nice to these drive through window attendants becauseyou never know what kind of day they are having. Thank you Wendy?s, you?re awesome! Read more
This is possibly one of the worst Wendy's in Wilmington area even though you would think it would be a good location since it's... right by the beach. My fries were so cold I almost had to go back but I just couldn't bear to turn around in the traffic. Staffwas slow moving and not very focused on detail or customer service. Read more
Just drove 14 miles to this Wendy's to get dinner. The baked potatoes were old, dry and burnt inside and out. French frys were... literally ice cold. Chili was old tasting as well. If you can drive by and go to another fast food restaurant. Any one will bebetter than that garbage I bought at this one. #Disgusting. Read more
Everything today was average, nothing to get excited about or write home about. The dining area was small for Wendys possibly... the smallest Wendy's dining room I have ever seen or been in. It was crowded. Customers waiting in line, we're crowded aroundsome of the tables including the table I was sitting at. I ordered two of the same hamburgers one add lettuce and onion. Theburgers were not labeled and not as hot as the should have been or would have been at any other Wendys. I tried to use Gray orSamsung pay, as my Feiancee left the cars in the car and I didn't have a lot of cash one me. They said they did not do mobilepayments, unlike every Wendys I have ever been to before. I had $22.00 cash one me and was $.05 short I had to rum to the carto get the nickel. The cashier held up the line until I came back with the nickel. The didn't say anything to the othercustomers just stood there waiting. Which caused the dining room to start to fill up and quickly become crowded people werejammed up. People started to leave because the line was just standing still not moving. All over $.05 I thought that was crazyand disrespectful to the other customers especially when they had the symbol for tap pay and mobile payments such as GPay andApple Pay on the card reader they even had the logos/stickers on the doors. Of they don't or are not set up to take those kindsof payments take the signs down, would have made sure to have the physical card in my had and the problem would have easily beenavoided.
