A total train wreck. All the tables and floor dirty. Our orders were missing items (if you order the waffle plate ...a waffle... needs to be on it and one normally eats them with syrup which we had to ask for) By the time all of our meal finally arrivedwhat we had already received was cold. A lot of employee drama going on behind the counter 5 or more working and one even endedup in tears . Read more

Editing a previous review to reflect our most recent visit. (8/31/22 about 5 pm) David, our cook, was amazing. He went over and... above to try to fix John's mistakes, which were many. First, there was no "edible" chili because John let it burn up. There wereno lemons, or coke. John took our order, had to come ask what we ordered seconds after writing it down, and totally messed up abacon, egg, and cheese sandwich order. He messed up both hashbrown orders. The cook fixed exactly what he was told by theserver, it was just all wrong. Thank you, David, for trying so hard to recover. Put John back in training. He's not ready. Read more

Food was OK - but there was a manager (I think his name started with an A. Maybe Adrian based on other reviews?) who was being... really rude to the customers and verbally abusing and bullying his staff the entire time we were there. Made us uncomfortable towatch as customers. While they were trying to help customers, he would pull his staff members aside and berate them, in front ofcustomers, for no apparent reason. Would suggest management retraining for Adrian - as his poor attitude was not only upsettingworkers, but also customers and he is likely losing business for your store. Read more
We went to Waffle House on College Rd. and while the food was great, there was an employee named Adrian who made the experience... very uncomfortable. While all the other staff was extremely helpful and friendly helping us with our order and being all aroundpolite and kind (including Tiff, Chester, and others) - Adrian was yelling at customers, yelling at his fellow employees, andbeyond his poor customer service was exemplifying an all around poor attitude. I actually witnessed multiple customers leavewithout ordering after interacting with Adrian. It's a shame because the rest of the team was great as was the food. Read more
