Food was great, all served hot. Top of bar had not been cleaned off even though no one was there when I arrived. Nor did she... clean it after I sat down. Waitress was friendly but paid no attention to detail. I should not have to tell your employees toclean somebody else's mess before I sit down. Read more
Fast friendly service, good food and reasonable prices
This review for the old Waffle House on Market Street, not the one pictured. Very much showing its age, everything seemed tired... and worn. Of big concern was that tables weren't being sanitized, nor were the menus. It wasn't busy and neither were thestaff. They seemed to be content to lounge in the booths. My waffle was soggy which comes from the waffle iron not being hotenough. Sad place. I won't be back. Read more
This is probably, the worst Waffle House I've ever been to. Out of sausage gravy..... roaches crawling across the tables, and... really....it was already an uncomfortable environment, BEFORE the little pale skinned girl who shouted obscenities, using the"n" word repeatedly, showed up. As she sat behind us, uttering things that normally, might get a reaction of fear from oldercustomers.....I looked at my friend, rolledy eyes, and got to pay for our horrible food and horrible experience. The time Ivisited before, there was a sectioned off area of open tables, but I was turned away and told they weren't accepting any moredine in customers. I could go on..... Waffle House!! This is a problem on the corporate level, when an establishment is allowedto be this inconsistently bad at what they do, and for so long. If corporate isn't getting a boat load of complaints, it's onlybecause people actually care less when consuming alcohol. I don't drink..... Your business model doesn't work for me. My adviceis to hire in house managers that remain with one store, fire all employees who allow their loud obnoxious friends to run offcustomers, and switch your district managers around... Or...... keep it the same and change the name of Waffle House to theAwful Waffle. Read more
