I went to Vito?s and ordered a cinnamon swirl on the phone for pickup. After waiting for 5 minutes they state that the cinnamon... swirl ?blew up? and had to make another one. After waiting 10 minutes I look up and see them laughing because the employeedropped tue cinnamon swirl on floor and had to make another one. I ask for my money back cause I shouldn?t have to wait 30+minutes due to their unprofessionalism. The employee said she can not do that cause I am still getting my order. I agree I?mgetting my order but the right thing to do is to understand the customers prospective and how they feel. Very disappointing andsad that $10 means so much to this business that they can?t give my money back for them being careless. I can say that they havelost my future business. Read more
The pepperoni slices were terrible. Lots of sauce and very little cheese. The sauce wasn't very tasty either. Waste of money.
The best pizza in midtown, period. The pies are always top quality and made quickly. I've stopped ordering from other places.... Toppings are perfectly placed and the staff are so friendly. Trust me, order from here if you like NY style pizza done right. Read more

I just tried my first Vito's pizza and it was amazing. Delicious hot and fresh. We ordered the veggie pizza it was ... huge! Thin delicious crust tasty sauce and cheese and not greasy just delicious. I was wary of trying this pizza joint as I hated Marco?s that was in this location previously. After reading reviews decided to... give it a go. So glad I did! We ordered pepperoni and ham and I loved how thinly sliced the meat was. Sauce was good, cheese wasgood, crust was thin and good. We ordered again 2 days later and got 2 pies this time. Delivery guy was super nice. I recommendyou give Vito?s a try. Edit 12/9/22 I loved this place the first few times we ordered but I?d say last 6 times we ordered ithas been downhill. I have to ask for extra sauce and extra cheese every time now and still only get what should be givennormally. Never get extra cheese. If you don?t ask for extra sauce you barely get any, if you ask for extra cheese you stilldon?t get extra, only what should normally come on a pizza. Brooklyn pizza is soon opening in our area and they rarely let medown. Hopefully Brooklyn will continue to provide superior pizza and they also deliver, whereas Vito?s won?t even deliver to ourarea anymore.
