I'm guessing it is a great place to shop for food if you live very near by and do not want to go to Whole foods. It is very... small, I mean very small. Has a hippie vibe, which I liked a lot, but was not impressed enough. Nothing caught my eye that Icould not buy elsewhere, and the produce was very shabby. Parking was a bit scant as well. Read more
Meant to review here but yeah. Everyone should go here. Salad bar was awesome. Hot bar was awesome. And I can't remember who... told me to buy those coconut with vanilla crisp/cookie things but yeah, they barely lasted a day. Absolutely must shop herewhether a resident or a visitor. Read more
Friendly staff and I have never seen such a variety of vegan/gluten free foods! Especially ready to eat ones! They have a lot of... locally sourced produce honey etc from nearby farmers :) you've got to check it out if you're in Wilmington! Read more
They have the most amazing breakfast bar, with luscious scrambled eggs and fresh bacon and sausage. Plus their weekend farmers... market is the best in town! And don't forget their coffee and smoothie bar for all of your made to order favorites. Read more
So glad I finally ventured in here after yoga. This place was exactly what I needed while on vacation. Love their smoothies and... wheatgrass! The ladies at the juice bar are awesome! The lattes and chai in the cafe are CHEAP! Even with dairy alternatives like almond milk. I love everything about this store. It... feels pricey at first but you have to know how to shop here. I wouldn?t buy all my fruits and veggies here because they areexpensive for me but they have canned and jar foods for an affordable price and the Jackfruit meat substitutes in the freezersection are just $5.99 which is very great and surprisingly tasty!! I love shopping at Tidal Creek. You can buy in bulk local honey, almond butter, peanut butter, soy sauce, extra virgin olive... oil, and all the essentials to create your own bath products. The smoothie/Juice bar/ cafe has a wide variety of healthy snackor meal choices. I tried the ?bloat away? juice which had a shot of CBD in it. Although the taste was less than to be desiredafter only an hour later I was feeling much better. The selection, prices and service are all excellent. Make sure to check outthe local farmer?s market.
