Very disappointed. Hours say 12-9. Came at 1 & the doors were closed/locked. Employee in the building waved at us; we thought... maybe the hours were wrong. We went back about 30 minutes later after shopping, still closed. Update your hours. Read more
Well, I should have read these reviews first. Was tossing up this or Baskin Robbins, which I was delighted with the last... time....The orange sherbet at TCBY is so sickeningly sweet it's gross, I agree there are very few flavors of ice cream/yogurt tochoose from and the toppings, while plentiful...were a bit stale. Also, really expensive!! Cost me $7.23 and I didn't even fullmy cup. I didn't finish it and went to BR! Read more
Tasted no better then McDonald?s ice cream , the white chocolate chips have the consistency of crayons. Btw management, fix your... air conditioning and give the girl working the register a raise, 10 out of 10 would highly recommend going elsewhere , can?tbelieve I drove across town for this disappointment..... i'm not a big fan of tcby yogurt--rather tasteless. BUT, i was desperate for froyo yesterday and got excited about going there... for lunch--dreaming of birthday cake with nutella and nuts. When i got there at noon, the hours were posted as 12 noon-9 pm,but no one was there....no matter--i had shopping to do at Whole Foods just next door. 45 minutes later, i'm super hungry andthe door is still locked. I give up on tcby...i hear another yogurt shop is opening this weekend. hopefully, their staff willshow up! Read more
Barley and flavors with over half the machines either empty or out of order. Toppings were very scarce and most were empty.... Didn't have a lot of the most popular topping. Worst of all they didn't even have small cups available. Management or ownersmust not care very much about this place. Read more
I took my daughter here on a Friday night around 830pm. Not too busy. Standard pay - by - the - ounce yogurt place that you see... these days with lots of toppings. Not a lot of flavor selection for the yogurt but the flavors were good. The lighting seemeddark though and the trashcans had not been emptied for a while. Overall, though, we enjoyed our visit.
