Starting sometime this year, it seems the Taco Bell's all close to the general public earlier than the hours listed. Taco Bell's... listed closing times are for food delivery services. They close to the public sooner, but idk when. It varies depending on thelocation and who's working. I would not recommend showing up at any location late night expecting service, even if it says theyare open. Read more
The staff here think its hilarious when they mess your order up 3 times in a row. I never write reviews but this has happened so... often that something has to change. Do not drive away until you unwrap every item in your bag to make sure your order is correct(it won't be). I was as polite as I could be but they still gave me attitude ???? Read more
I love Taco bell. This is the worst one I have experienced. Everytime we have been to this location they have missed something... we have ordered. EVERYTIME. I drive to the one across from the campus now so I can at least get what I order. Please fix themanagement here. UPDATE: Tried this location again, no one at the drive thru.. Very unprofessional and kind of rude. You could hear yelling in the back, I'm not sure if it was angry or they were messing... around as I was at the drive through window but it was bad. The girl walked away for 7 minutes, came back and opened the windowlike she didn't know what my order was after she took my card and gave me my drinks. We sat there another 5 minutes, peoplepiling up behind us and she then asked me to move forward. 10 minutes later (total time waiting for 3 meals was over 20minutes!!!!) We get our food. We got what we ordered, surprisingly, but all 3 quesadillas were burnt and tasted as such. Itmight have just been tonight but I was not pleased and won't be going back after dark for a long while. We pull up to order at the drive thru and they told us they?re only selling to door dash and Uber eats ?!!!!!! What I?m the... world is happening with this company that they?re so out of touch with their customers. It?s beyond ridiculous to pick andchoose which customers to sell to and not. I've had more positive experiences with Taco Bell than negative, but this experience sticks out like a sore thumb. Terrible... experience went back two times and they still couldn't get it right. I could not believe they felt this food was ok to give tosomeone. I was missing a chunk of my order and the other items were not made correctly. Also the nachos were drenched with oilit was all I could taste.???? I was told I had to contact the 1800 taco bell number if I wanted a refund. The store managerstopped giving refunds if you do a mobile order which is what I did. Huge inconvenience. Would not recommend this Taco Bell. Read more
Was informed that they couldn?t accept any orders other than Doordash. No reason given at all. It was 11:15pm and there was no... reason for them not to be able to make my food. I don?t know if it was just my order or everyone, it is completelyunprofessional. Read more
