I never complain or do these things but Taco Bell in northchase sucks so bad the drink machine wasn?t working there was no ice... and hot drinks without carbonation, we waited for 20 minutes and our food was cold. It has taken over half an hour for 3 items to be made. A grilled cheese burrito and 2 potato soft tacos....5 people in the line.... My coworker got his and then 3 people whom ordered after me got theirs. The management and line cooks really need to completeorders in succession. This has been the worst time management I've ever seen in any fast food establishment. Read more

If I could give it a zero I would got a taco box the chalupa had four pieces of meat and I took a picture the fries were old and... cold the dorito taco didn't have anything but cheese and lettuce it was soggy tried calling four times and got hung up on andspend over $10 best believe I will be talking to the manager and never going back to that store Read more

Watched the staff tell an 85 year old woman to use the kiosk to order. It was all she could do to see the screen, much less... understand how to use it. My wife was able to help her while the manager stood and watched. Taco Bell if you're reading this,not everyone likes your kiosk. The elderly and handicap have a HARD TIME navigating the menu. Please train your management teamto help those that need it, not just run them away from the register. Read more

The culmination of my last couple times here has really given me a poor opinion on the management here. Orders and meats have... been wrong multiple times for me, even when I am the only one in the drive through. Breakfast is advertised as being serveduntil 11 but often, they will not serve it after 10. I understand that the eggs take a while to cook, but to not even offer tomake them when I said I have time is just lazy. Read more

Without a doubt the rudest most disgusting excuse for customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The people working... here are impatient, rude and completely asinine. The manager was completely indifferent to the manner in which we were treated.There were food scraps and trash all over the floor in the restaurant and the food prep area. Everyone working there has theWORST attitudes I have ever seen. They act bothered that you are even there to order food, inexcusable!! This is the 3rd time ina month I have been treated this way, this time they yelled at us through the drive thru. Everyone there needs to be FIRED! IWILL NOT GO BACK HERE! If you want to be treated like garbage, come here otherwise go elsewhere! Read more

When your front door says open for dine in but turns out you are not, just the drive thru is during a rainstorm. You... inconvenienced a party of 4, 2 of which are children. Do you know how difficult a chore it is to get everyone out of the carwhile raining, walking to the front door in the rain to find it's locked (then having to turn back around to the car and geteveryone inside including the children into their car seats again in the rain) while inside the Taco Bell there are at least 4employees by my count that I can see walking around. I think it's another excuse for lazy employees who don't want to work.Cover the signage indicating open for dine in. Read more

I love Taco Bell and will continue to go to them, but not the one in Murray like. Terrible customer service and the preparation... of the taco we?re definitely ? not caring?. Little meat, and practically no cheese or lettuce. I don?t even know why theybothered. The girl at the window was eating a taco while serving me. Just all around not good.
