Staff made me feel as if being there to order a sub was an inconvenience to them. No tea had even been made for the day. Would... have asked for a refund for my drink since there was no tea but as soon as I paid staff disappeared into the back. Worstcustomer service I've had in a long time. Read more

Beware to anybody placing an order through their app, they partner with DoorDash to deliver the food, if there is a problem you... will either get a rude answer from one of the staff or get redirected to doordash. Neither of them will resolve the issue ortake accountability... Still waiting on the rest of my order from last night or a refund. Subway's corporate phone number isautomated and there is no online support. Read more

I hate to give bad reviews but this one has to be done. I bought a salad from there yesterday. Within a hour, I was in the... bathroom. Had to go 2 more times before getting off work. It is the next day a my stomach still ain?t right. I talked to someonewho said they family got sick after eating at this subway. Never again. Do your homework people. I should have. Rating is a 3. Just drove out to get some food oh, I get there and all the lights are off and the open sign is on and the door is locked.... Nowhere to be seen were any of the employees and when I try to call nobody answers. The sign days they now close at 5, its 325pm. Super disappointed. I know staffing is hard right now as we are also suffering from that at my work place however if you'regoing to start closing earlier than what it says on the sign on your door and online you should notify customers so that way wedon't go out of our way to come to a closed store. Rude staff, especially the younger lady with the earbuds and obvious bad attitude. The only reason I give 2 stars is that my sub... was ready when I got there and it was actually very good (although the flatbread was a little soggy). I won't be going back tothis location though. Read more

Update on June 4th 2021. I have tried calling the subway and they supposedly close at 5:00 and it was just prior to 5:00 p.m. .... They did not answer their phone. I have checked my credit card and was not credited back to balance I was charged and they saidit would take 7 days. I understand that they are understaffed but it would be nice to get my money back for a product that Inever got. They need to have a checks and balance kind of thing for the online app. I made an order at 1335 and it said itwould be ready by 1350. I didn't get there until 14:20 and find you I tried calling the store several times before I went there.I drive trucks so I had to park and walk down to the subway. Upon arrival I told the girl that I made it online order and shesaid she was just starting to work on it. The app should have notified me that the order wasn't ready yet.. she should have tocheck that she has to order complete. The app says that you can't cancel your order or you can get your money back once you madethe order. So I had no way of canceling my order other than telling the girl that she said that she would cancel it. But I triedto call their customer service it was all computerized and I said in reference to online ordering through the app to go to theirwebsite online. There are no people handling calls with their customer service at all! Until this unemployment extra moneystops.. obviously all stores will be understaffed. This poor girl was working by herself and had four customers in line. I'mjust going to stop at that. Our country is just in a ridiculous state right now.
