Service was poor, but the food was worse. At 6:30 on a Wednesday evening they were out of meatballs, onions, olives. The chicken... teriyaki was tasteless, almost like it was tofu. I need a $21.45 refund. We won't be going back. Read more
Not clean at all. Counter where the food and meats are was dirty. Flies were bad also. When you have flies inside a subway.... Close the food protector when your not at that station. Read more

HORRIBLE! The area where the food is held was open not closed, flys EVERYWHERE, touching EVERYTHING. There were two people... dining inside of the restaurant meanwhile the employees were so busy talking in the back they did not even hear me enter thestore. I waited for several minutes and said excuse me and still was never acknowledged or helped. When I go to subway I expectit to be a CLEAN environment, and generally the employees are very helpful. After this visit at this location I will not bereturning to this subway. Read more
Was pleased with my service everyone was polite and very helpful but one employee came in from outside and immediately started... putting her hands in the plastic tea holder bag to make new tea. I dont find that very sanitary. Read more
Not a great experience here today. Everybody in our group had to repeat their order as the guy seemed too zoned out to remember... what he heard 10 seconds previously, and the quantity of meat on each sandwich was massively different. The bread was thin anddry, which really made our sandwiches a total fail. Have had many good subs here, wondering what went wrong. Read more
I agree with the other user... this subway is close to my home, but it is the worst in town, the owner should reconsider the... staffing choices. Particularly the very loud, tall woman who seems to be a manager of sorts. She always seems to be loud,rude, never really working, even with a line out the door.... the other employees seem to follow the tone she sets, when she isnot there they are much better. Read more
What's the point in remodeling when you can't answer the phone. Also every night I try to go on my lunch break I am informed... that the person before me was the last customer going to be served because you are closing early ....funny cause the sign says9pm not 7 or 730 or 8. Do you even know your associates are turning your money away? Get it together or put new hours ofoperation on your door! Read more
