Ordered a meatball sub from this place, and there were no meatballs in it. Not sure how you miss that?
Went out of my way to get a meal I really wanted. Worker was cleaning when I entered which I liked but looked me in my face and... didn't speak. Didn't even wash her hands just put gloves on and asked me what I wanted. Was VERY disappointed! Just walked out. Read more
I placed an order online using their app. It had a glitch but my money was taken and my order did not go thru. I tried to call... the phone number it didn?t work. I walked across the street to ask them how I got it corrected they were both Qi able to answer.They had no recommendations on who I could contact they just said that the subway app was not their app so they couldn?t help.Then Barbara the woman apparently in charge told me to leave the store. That was a very delicious sub cold sub. The only thing I didn't like about it it didn't have any condiments on it. All I had was... mayonnaise. Let me first start off by saying I?m a college student here at Cape Fear Community College. I?m a picky eater, and my stomach... can only tolerate certain foods. So naturally I eat subway when I have classes. Having said that, the manager Chris hasremembered my order despite the hundreds of customers he works with every day. He is very kind and wonderful. Then there?s Cleo.Cleo is a sweet girl. I know from experience that employees of the fast food business typically don?t get asked how they?redoing or how their day is going so I make it a point to ask this wonderful staff every day how they?re doing. One day Cleo wasworking at the register and when I approached to pay for my lunch she enthusiastically asked how I was doing and explained thatshe loves the fact that I ask her how she?s doing every day that I?m there. There is another girl that works there but I?m notsure of her name as she didn?t have a name tag on today. She wears glasses and has short hair. She is super sweet and polite.This team is absolutely amazing and with the amount of people that come in there, I?m so impressed with how well they work andact. Disgusting! Will never eat here again. Workers are always standing out from smoking their cigarettes. They cant even walk around... the block to smoke. Nope, right at front door so you can get a great drift as you enter. No idea how any manager allows this. Read more
