11-5-32 Very unhappy with attitude and laziness of workers. We checked in the web site and found the store was open until 9 pm.... Entered store at 8:35 for dinner after long day at ball park. As we entered the store, were greeted from a worker walking outbehind the wall with ear phones in her head , and her phone in hand. She tells us the store is closed, although the lights wereall on, food was in the bin, and the door was unlocked. Ridiculous?! Read more
10/14/22. Two out of three orders were completely messed up and had to drive back to have them redone. Workers there were... making excuses and trying get out of their mistakes. It's sad that we now have to stand over the person making our food toensure it'll be even close to what we are paying good money for. Read more
It was Monday August 14th I went to the subway in my neighborhood and I ordered a tuna sub. There were three employees the,re... two women and one man who looks very young and was a little nervous like it was his birthday on the job. they left him alone tomake my stuff and he was having trouble putting it together it wasn't put together in the usual fashion one would expect a subwhen you order it it was kind of slapped together he stopped his stuff in there and kept falling out of the roll when he went toroll it up it all came out some of it went on the counter. when the two women came out and he asked him for help initially theyignored him until I asked one of them to help him she grabs the stuff slaps it on the counter more stuff comes out all over thecounter and attempt to stuff it in she says I can't do this fix it up and flips it over to the other woman who attempts to stuffit again all right picking stuff up off the counter because a lot of it came off the paper. Tonight marks about the 5th time I have come to get a sub and the store has been closed prior to the posted closing time. Today... I pulled up at 8:29pm and lights were already off. Online it says this store does not close until 9pm. Read more
Every time I make an order via Uber eats, they cancel the order 20 minutes later. Why be on a delivery app if you can?t fulfill... the order? No other subway does this. Read more
Went in to use a coupon to get two foot long subs. Manager and workers were very polite and helpful. Went in more recently to... get another two foot long subs. Got the steak and cheese sub and the Italian BMT to go. The steak and cheese was pretty good. The Italian BMT was disappointing. From Subway I expect at least quantity; my foot long only had three tomato slices. Read more
