I have been to this location twice in the last few weeks and both times the manager, Larry, was the only person working there. ... He was so professional and pleasant and you?d never know he was doing everything himself! He handled himself so well and tookit all in stride. The first time I was there he was cleaning off tables and cleaning the floor when I came in and said he?d beright with me. He came around to the counter and thanked me for waiting and asked me what he could get me. He wasn?t flusteredat all and was friendly and calm. In asked him if he was doing everyone?s jobs by himself and he explained that he was themanager and he was the only one working. The second time I came was today and it was the same situation with him being the onlyworker there. Larry was working on some phone-in orders when my friend and I came in and he said hello and said he?d be rightwith us. After he finished that order he came around the counter and put the order on the shelf with other orders to be pickedup. He went back behind the counter and got our orders. He was very polite and looked at us when he was asking what we wantedon our sandwiches and and didn?t act like he was stressed at all! I worked for civil service as a civilian secretary for 36years. For many of those years I worked in the civilian personnel office at an Air Force Base. We serviced 2,000 civilianemployees. Customer service was of course the most important part of our jobs. I was so impressed with Larry?s dedication tohis job and to his customers. His attitude was exemplary and his work ethic was amazing. Subway is very fortunate to have anemployee of Larry?s caliber working for them. Read more

This review is more for the single employee working, rather than the location. Today around noon we came to this location. It... was clear only one gentleman was there to help a long line of customers. He manned the whole location alone. He worked superhard, and as fast as he could to please everyone there. If I were the owner of this location, I would do everything I could tokeep this young man around. He kept a positive attitude and worked hard, in clearly a stressful situation. Read more

I've been going to Subway a couple of times a week due to I'm tired of burgers and greasy food. I submit my order through the... app and about 15 minutes later I show up and my food is ready to go. I went in one day and they were swamped. I had to wait formy sub, but the manager apologized and was sincere. that told me a lot about the store. I will continue to order my subs fromthem. Great work Subway team! Read more

I haven't been to Subway in years and have been craving subs lately. First night I went they said the oven was down so I went... there the next day and had a decent sub. Went back a week later and the dudes are hanging out in the back for at least 5 minutesbefore acknowledging me. When the dude came up to me he kind of had an attitude and said sorry our card machine is down as if hedidn't want to deal with me. I said cash only is fine so he ran off to the back and told the skinnier dude to come make mysandwich which was very awkward but again a decent sub. I went back a few days later in the oven was down again, I tried to geta sub last night at 8:15 and they said they were closed, so I just tried it again tonight and there's a sign that says closeddue to staff shortages. Maybe they should look into what Chick-fil-A are training their staff because they do 10 times thevolume and have competent employees. Maybe pay a better wage for better quality employee. Most of the employees I've seen atSubway make it obvious they don't want to be there. Read more

It moved fairly quickly. All subs were good. The bread was a too little hard for my husband. But its because they didn't pan it... soon enough after coming out the oven. (I used to manage this particular subway so I know the bread was fresh as they grabbed itoff the bread forms) but all ingredients looked fresh. And all the subs tasted good. The cookies were a little hard. But I knowhow quickly they can get that way. Leave them even 30 seconds over and that oven will burn them up. The manager was friendly butnot really social. Which is fine as I came in during lunch and there were a few people in front of me and one behind me. Therestaurant was tidy. The only complaint I do have is the other young lady working was a bit frustrated with a Hispanic guy infront of me. You could tell his English was limited and he was having trouble with ordering what meat to put on his sub. And shedid get an attitude with him. She was young so I understand she was frustrated with the language barrier. But he was reallytrying his best to understand. And Im sure its scary being in this country not knowing perfect English. So that would be my onlysuggestion to have more patience for situations like that. I will be back as I work at a nearby health care facility now. Read more

Took 5 mins for 'sandwich artist' to actually ask us what we wanted. Bread is stale, sprite taste like dish soap, brown lettuce... on sandwich board. It appears that when they closed last night they just left everything right where it was. Thank heavens wenever have to come back to this one. Read more
