I get a cookie crumble drink without coolwipe but they always tend to still add it to it on accident or just forget. Im just not... a coolwipe person but I will be nice and drink it. Bc it's just a simple mistake and it happens! :) so keep up the good work! Read more

Drinks we're made wrong and when I asked the barista why it looked different I was told that you don't carry caramel at your... location that you've only carried dark caramel. I was overcharged four extra caramel and whipped cream and the baristas wererude. This is not the first time I've had problems there. Read more
Khalil was so nice and polite and it made for a great start to the day! He made our coffee quickly, and it tasted delicious!
