I am probably the worst costumer at Sonic. I think I used the button four of five times, I ordered the wrong drink for my wife... and forgot to ask for cheese for my kids burgers. Needed more sauce. But the staff was fantastic met all out needs even gave usa diet cherry limeaid on the house. Almost all the stalls on the left/north side were closed off with caution tape for somereason I should have asked. The food was awesome, staff were fantastic. Couldn't have been better. When we pulled up I didn?t even know we were at the location it wasn?t really any cars out there. They had a couple of the... stations blocked off with caution tape that already gave me red flags! Understaffed due to poor management attitude, you want to retain employees act better be better. My advice if you treat your... customers like you do your employees then of course you won?t have employees and yes you will feel stressed and overwhelmed.this location shouldn?t be in operation any longer if they can not employee people for a decent wage and treat them with betterrespect. Servicing four cars due to poor attitudes blaming lack of staff that?s a management issue above the local level. Thestore looks like a crime scene. Usually enjoy sonic, but this time was far from good. Almost 60% of the stalls were closed, and when we finally got to order the... lady on the mic claimed she couldn?t hear us when we ordered more food but heard the first half of the order fine. My girlfriendordered a chili cheese dog and on the screen it showed she did. But when she got her food it was chili cheese tots, like huh?The fries tasted like old grease as well. This Sonic location has all but three stall blocked off with caution tape and cones. The menu at the stall that I was attempting... to order from wasn?t in working order and mobile ordering with the app is not available. I wouldn?t recommend coming here untilthey?ve fixed these issues. Read more
Great food selection. I love their burgers and breakfast selections personally. Their slushes and milk shakes are also great.... Normally they have great promotions, however they have gotten past orders wrong and left items out all together. Read more
