Updated as of 9 a.m. August 24th Smoothie King is committed to the health and safety of our team members and guests. Our stores... remain open with contactless pick up and delivery options. Face coverings and wellness checks are required for all team members,and we have enhanced cleaning of high traffic area. Today on my daily visit to Smoothie King after my workout. I was quicklygreeted and asked if I had a mask. I replied NO, because the straps have broke on all of them. I was told that I needed a maskand to go get one! With no other solution offered to proceed with my order, I left and will NEVER return! I spend about $60-80a month on these smoothies. So I'll be taking my business else where due to the actions of one young lady! I don't get it youdon't have to wear one in the drive thru and I'm closer there to the employee than I am inside. The ONLY place to go for smoothies in town! Tons of options with great service and they even have half off specials on Fridays!... Drive thru smoothie shop is where its at! They even have a special treat for doggies! Read more
Went through the drive through at this location. The employees Definitely weren't as mannered and pleasant as clean juice... employees.we waited at the window for 7 minutes without being addressed by anyone or payment taken. When she finally took ourpayment I asked her if it was customary to wait so long to come to the window and she said yes when it?s busy. Mind you therewas no cars behind me and the parking lot was empty so? I got two smoothies with added peanut butter, both of them were notblended enough which I?m not surprised that is the reason I switched to clean juice anyways. And one didn?t have the peanutbutter at all. When I took the smoothie back in to be remade there was no one in the store yet 3 people working. told them mysmoothie had no peanut butter in it and the girl had the audacity to pull up my order and tell me that there was peanut butterin the smoothie (even though they have a satisfaction guaranteed policy and I paid for the peanut butter I didn?t get? I toldher well obviously it?s not because I can?t taste it and she finally agreed to remake it. They ended up having to remake ittwice. The laziness, lack of training& competence and the lack of management was very pervasive. Do better. Read more
Ample parking, check. Fast and friendly service, check. Seats inside to sit and relax, check. There isn't anything negative... about this location that I could see. Actually, they have a drive through which is really convenient for you lazy bums outthere. As soon as I came in one of the employees was ready to start my order and was super nice about changes I made to thesmoothies I ordered. I would come back here again. Read more
