Well I was told this location was under new management. I had hoped things were different but apparently they are not. The... hours on Google say they're open till 7:00 p.m. they close at 3:00 p.m. the only way to find that out is to drive to theirlocation because they can't answer the phone. Their Facebook page hasn't been updated in almost 3 years. It looks like theirwebsite has not either. Staff always has an excuse to not make an order in person or delivered. Tried to speak to owners viaFacebook and got a negative response. Update, don't dare say anything negative to the owners. They will have a tantrum, accuseyou of lying, try and belittle you etc. It's a shame, this location is nothing like the Sam's back home in WV. I was veryexcited when I found this location until I attempted to order 3 times and was refused for one reason or another. Product,laziness, always something apparently. Perfectly average hot dogs. They're a bit small, but the taste is fine. Drive thru only right now, but it was pretty quick.

Best hot dogs in town. Get the two-fer for lunch with everything. Great price, great service, great food. Hard to beat a good... hot dog. Other places in town just miss--which is too bad. I've eaten at all of them. None are as good as Sam's Hot Dogs ofOleander! Read more

Great prices for delicious dogs! Plenty of sauces and toppings on these dogs which are served super quick, they even have drive... thru! Good vibe in the place and plenty of real cute dog pictures on the walls to gaze at while you eat. The prices are superreasonable and daily specials give you something different on every visit! While visiting Wilmington my mom and I stopped in to Sam's for a quick bite to eat. The restaurant was very clean including the... bathroom. There is such a great vibe when you walk and the customer service just sent it over the top. The staff was friendlyand helpful and very happy about what they were doing. If you are looking for a hotdog no matter your preference in topping thisthe place. (Try the bar b que... wow) They have a nice variety with good specials. Delicious hot dogs at great prices. Convenient to Wrightsville beach. Staff is always super nice. Kid friendly.
