Always good service and the best coffee. I visit nearly every morning that I?m in NC. To the reviews that complain about... service or the few whose orders took 10 minutes (heaven forbid you have to wait a whopping 5-10 minutes for your stuff) calmdown ???? Read more
Do not order food here, you will waste your money. They somehow manage to mess up every order and serve old bagels that are... inedible. Multiple times we have had to throw away our order because the bagels were rock hard. They also regularly get foodorders wrong. The workers are nice, but the quality control and training is absolutely terrible. Read more
Good coffee but frustrating service. Essentially asked for tip in assuming I should give one for counter service then proceeded... tell me no worries but always appreciated... Then gave me wrong size coffee and dashed away snapping back behind the slidingwindow immediately as i was mid sentence asking if it was the right size - it wasn't and so I drove on. No drive thru should take a long as the Masonboro pcj takes. Literally no one in the parking lot but it still takes 15 minutes... for an order... and than I get coughed on by the employee! Get it together! Read more
Went to pickup a bagel and a black coffee and before they would accept my card they asked me how much I was tipping - 15%, 25%,... or other? Listen, I get inflation and supply chain problems are cutting your bottom line but don't force people to tip or guiltshame them. Increase your prices. This employee behavior changed early 2022 and is consistent. Now you cannot get anything fromthe drive thru without being begged for a tip. I'm not exaggerating when I say that they get my order wrong 5/6 times. It's just one bagel with two toppings. Update: the... order is just never right anymore. Not ever. I just ordered a bagel with cream cheese, and I kid you not, there was about oneteaspoon of creame cheese on it. Read more
I have only used the drive thru so far to pick up coffee in the morning. It can be a bit slow to get through, but my order is... always accurate, and the employees have been nice (one guy even gave my dog a piece of cheese one day). It is reasonably priced,and they have a ton of options, including dairy free milk if needed. The iced lattes are always solid, and I love that the iceis crushed. I like stopping here since it's the only coffee shop on the back road. Read more
