Visited during the Riverfest and even with a line through the door they were still able to serve customers rather quickly. I got... the 16 oz Green Wave smoothie and my Husband got the Campfire Latte and they were both tasty. The sugar/straw area was a littlemessy and we had to wait in line to ask for a straw but it was also during a busy period. Atmosphere is warm and cozy. 10/10recommend. Read more

I debated leaving this comment, but for someone who has been in the customer service and food industry my entire working life I... felt the need to say something. I was the only customer inside and there was someone in the drive thru, but as a courtesy Idecided to let them know there was a fly just chilling on a pastry closed inside the pastry section. I know things happen and wecan't control the flies completely. Not one of the 5ish (4 or five) employees cared to even try to resolve the issue. I wasthere for a while waiting for help and waiting for my drink and still not one of the people there - even the ones not makingdrinks or doing anything, cared to even try to get the fly out of the container. Noone cared as the fly just walked all over thepastries and me being a customer definitely chnaged my mind on orsering one.. They did this right in front of a customer. I'mhonestly just grossed out and the customer service was bad. When I asked questions about a drink the girl was not very friendly.Whispering and laughing behind the counter was also rude. That's enough for me to not to go back there again and tell other pplto do the same. I'm so disappointed because I'm always looking for a good coffee place. That's not it. Even if the feint wasjust bad I would still go back IF I experienced good customer service. Read more
Sorry, I initially left the 5 stars but no review! Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Service was fast considering the... confused group of 6 ahead of us who had no clue as to what they wanted to order! Scones were especially good. Will definitelycome back on our next visit to Wilmington. Read more

I love PCJ and especially this location. It has a beautiful relaxed laid back vibe perfect for grabbing a cup with friends, or... chilling outside on a Saturday with a bagel, coffee, and a book on the deck with your dog by your side. Since it?s set back fromthe road and is situated across from Wallace park, sitting outside is much more pleasant than your average establishment. Itwould not be a place I?d choose for a big meal but some adequate options are available. Read more
