Do not order the new pizza melts from. They obviously have no clue whatsoever how to make. You will get about half the amount... you order and it will be made completely wrong. Read more
Last night the pizza was better than it ever had been before . Picked the pizza up and was told the best of the best was working... so we had nothing to worry about. The pizza was Awesome, it was hot and it was prepared right ,the ingredients were good andwell cooked. (This was a replacement from a messed up pizza) Finally it was the best pizza we had in a while. Very upset with Pizza Hut on 17th Street in Wilmington. We ordered our pizza an hour and a half ago to finally, just decide to... cancel the order. We placed an order, and after an hour had gone by, called to check on the order making sure everything okaywith the inclement weather and all. The lady on the other end of the line said she checked on her order and it was on the way.After waiting another 30 minutes. Called back to find out there was never an order for us placed. Spoke to a manager slightlyupset that we have no food and my family is starving at this point. No explanation , no kind offers for the huge inconvenience.Just a sorry there was no order for them to even bother to cancel. Terrible terrible customer service! Will not make the mistakeof ordering from Pizza Hut again. Honestly, the kids like Domino's better anyways. Read more
There's a lady named Regina that works at the 17th Street location and she is awesome she worked the front ALLLLLLL by herself... her attitude was very powerful and positive no matter how busy she got she handled EVERY customer with a smile and positiveattitude even answering phone calls while taking orders she is an amazing woman and worker ???????? Pizza arrived cold...as in room temperature. It took almost 2 hours to be delivered. There were hardly any ingredients in the... center and all were thrown on the edge. 0/10 experience. It wasn't even good after I reheated it. Very disappointed Read more
Pretty darn awful. When you order a basic pepperoni pizza and breadsticks at 5:30 on a Wednesday evening and it says... approximately 45-55 min you?d expect relative accuracy. And 1 hour and 20 min later and 30 min after it says out for deliveryour lovely stale basically looking like day old pizza arrives. And no marinara to at least get somewhat enjoyment back into it.We actually called the store just to get an update with a nice fella hanging up on us ???? I just want to apologize to Dominoesfor not ordering from you! Our mistake and one we won?t make again! Or I guess should just stick to local places! Lessonslearned Read more
