Love your pizza, normally. I called in an order for a large half veggie/meat with original crust and got the soggiest crust I... have ever had from Pizza Hut. Been eating it since the 80's. Including wings, total cost was $39.44. Very disappointed!!! Calledcorporate and they did apologize, which was nice, but blowing $40 on something I did not thoroughly enjoy, when eating out isfew and far in between because of inflation? This two-star rating is only because of the limited areas that they reach within Wilmington North Carolina. I love Pizza Hut I... wish there were more locations to better serve market Street and the tourism that follows. Read more

Ordered food to be delivered, tracking app wasn't accurate... an hour and a half after ordering I called the store to see if the... order went through, they said yes the order was already done and waiting to be delivered because they only had one driver. Had an issue with boneless wings sent. Upon opening the box, I was immediately hit in the face with a pungent urine smell. I... looked at the wings, some were literally still frozen and the "sauce" was highly questionable as it did look and smell likeurine and hot sauce mixed. Called the store to address concern, ask if there was a manager available, the phone was passed to akid that answers, "hello". No, name given, no how can I help you, just hello, like he was at home talking to his momma. I tellhim issue, and his second and only word was..."uhhh", I could hear him asking questions to someone obviously he didn't know howto look something up in computer and asked me for my ticket #. I addressed my issue and was going to ask them to just credit mewings on another day, but apparently it was funny to them, because they could barely contain their laughter and I was put onhold, ( again, not a word said, just muted and hold), then hung up on. I gave this store an opportunity to earn my businessagain after several years of not using them. I see from other reviews, the same store is just playtime for infantile children.So, our hard money thrown in the trash. Whole order. Tampering with someones food is not a joke, and in hindsight, I should hadtaken it to the hospital to be tested. Never in my life have I seen such a sorry excuse of store. Absolutely appalling! Service was fine. Food just didnt meet up to expectations. Pizza Hut still my First choice for Pizza or Other. New product wasnt... all that. Still would recommend! Read more
