What a shame? my family was so excited that there was a Pelicans near us, in Wilmington!Unfortunately, they didn?t have the... snowballs, with the ice cream in the middle. Our family just loves that with the shaved ice. The friendly employee was quick totell us the manager took the ice cream balls off the menu and if we wanted ice cream there?s an ice cream place down thestreet. Also, the trash outside the restaurant was very unappealing anyway. Looks like we will be doing the drive to Shallote,to the real Pelicans! Read more

Great summer treat to cool off from this humid heat. Not a big fan of gummies but they go great with the saved ice.

I will never be back to this location in particular. The other one on Carolina Beach as friendly and fast staff. There were four... or five people and it took them almost 5 minutes to even come up to the register to ask for our order. Read more

This place is a rip-off. $7.00 for 20 onces of ice and half a teaspoon of flavor syrup. I would highly suggest going anywhere... else the owner of this location has no concern for providing any kind of value to the customer. Go here and you will be rippedoff. Read more

went on sunday the 29, worst experience. There was probably about 5-6 people in front of us and we waited for 45 minutes, not to... mention two of the orders in front of us were messed up. Once we FINALLY had our order taken we went to go lean on the railingin the shade because we had waited so long in the 90° heat, and to my disgust I saw an employee open the window and SPIT.Needless to say after the hour we waited for TWO snoballs, we had lost our appetite. One guy was really nice and tried to help, and his service was amazing, but there was a woman who worked there and she was doing... literally nothing but sitting down. She didn?t even care to take an order, I didn?t appreciate that as it took longer to receivemy order. Other than that, the service from the guy was very good. Read more
