The last 2 times I placed an order, I waited over an hour, then they canceled the order. I guess they don't deliver anymore.... Don't waste your time. Order somewhere else. Update: 3/29/22. If you want a great local Papa John?s in town you can go to this one! We had a terrible experience at the Papa John?s near... Dawson Street so we called this location and hit a home run! We didn?t have to talk to anyone in a call center, our order wascorrect and ready very fast, the staff was friendly and they applied a coupon to save us some money which I returned to them inthe form of a tip! HOR-RIB-LE. Both of my cheese pizzas were 80% burnt. I had a brown pepperchini. I found a longgg curly hair that looked to be... COOKED in with the cheese. I almost puked. Wings soft and soggy. And the service couldn?t even save them......delivery personand person on the phone were both unfriendly. One time I picked up a pizza from here and a slice was gone. A SLICE WAS GONE. I had pizza delivered to UNCW campus yesterday. The pizza was as expected but the customer service I received from the driver... was spectacular! He had a great spirit and attitude. It really made me pleased we picked Papa Johns for our meeting! Read more
I never like to do reviews. But I would like to share with you all that once I placed my order I got an emailing saying that my... food will be arriving between 11:45p-12:04a. It was not until 12:20am until I received my pizza. Although, it was fresh I wouldhave liked a call as to what may have caused the delay. What irritated me most was when the delivery girl came to the door shesays "your total is 21.56, before tip" I handed her 23.80 [2.80 in quarters and a couple dimes, which is all I had in cash andstill 10 percent.] she said "no, tip?" .. This is where I got upset. When I worked as a server, I never asked my tables abouttip or why they chose not to tip. No one is obligated to tip.
