They took my order 30 minutes before closing time. I drive there to pick up my pizza, and they told me they didn't make it... because they had already sent their dishes back to be washed and "didn't want to give me a wet pizza." ???? If you are going toclose half an hour early, don't take anymore orders. So annoyed. Ordered from Domino's down the street. They not only took myorder, but they actually cooked it, too! Yay Domino's. Honestly I wish I could give this terrible crew of employees a lower score then just a one. Every single time I have ordered... food no matter the time of day or day of the week the delivery time is always over 2hours. Not only is there delivery time anabsolute joke seeing as every single thing in the store can be fully cooked within 20min, but they horrible crew leaders refuseto answer the phone whenever you try to call and cancel an order after having waited over 2 hours. Don?t even bother with this location!! I love papa John?s but this store is unreliable to a point where I don?t want to order... anymore. I?ve had delivery?s take over 2 hrs and just today placed an order for a specific time that was later cancelled. DidI get a call to let me know?of course not I tried to track my order which was no where to be found. I actually had to look atmy credit card to see it was charged and eventually refunded. Also you can try and call but they?re closed at 7:30pm when therehours are supposed to be until 10. Sadly this is not the first time and maybe shame on me for giving them multiple chances yetI have never seen a business less reliable. Read more
