Another McAndersons disaster of a restaurant. Clean, not like other one on Market they have, but still has a lot bad bad... behavior from the staff. Neither of these franchises can get a simple order right. Very nasty if you ask for what you paid for.Go to the other one further down College owned by different people. If you go to this McDonald?s prepare to have your worst experience. I?ve gone there on multiple occasions where the food is old... as hell. It makes no sense to complain. I can guarantee it will happen every time you go. Every person I know, go theresparingly and still get the same results. How can I go there maybe once a month, and the food is trash every single time? How?They have me the oldest pancake and sausage meal. I substituted the sausage for bacon, and they took the sausage out and threwsome old bacon in there. The bottom pancake was literally sticking to the plate. I don?t even know how that happens. Went here to pick up a mobile order at 1am and the manager told us that they don?t take mobile orders after 1am. This would be... fine if she didn?t get a nasty attitude and had a super rude tone while we were being polite. The same woman has done this to usand other people in the reviews so it?s clearly a problem. We get it, you?re tired after working all day, but you don?t need totake it out on your customers. This McDonald's used to have a wonderful young lady whose name started with a Z. She and her staff were always amazing. It... appears she has left and they've hired people that don't understand if you work in a position of customer service that it'sbeneficial to actually SPEAK to your customers. Used to be a fan of this store. Not anymore. EDIT: went to this McDonald'sagain tonight (order 270)and stood at the counter while the girl that was supposed to be taking my order was playing on herphone. No one greeted me. 5 people were in line behind me. This McDonald's has gone from amazing to horrible. I will not begoing back to this store. I can't believe this company pays people to screw around and not be kind. Not the type of business Iwant to be associated with. I've raised concerns several times and have fallen on deaf ears. Placed a mobile order here around 2:30a.m. On September 15 and waited at the microphone for about 10 minutes before calling and... not receiving a response. Then a line of about 4 people formed behind me so I decided to go to the window. I was then shooedaway by the employee at the window. I then see that the other people in line were actually being spoken to so I decided to goback and she just said ?closed? and nothing else. I understand that stuff happens, but I should not have to wait at the drivethrough microphone for no one to answer to go up there and see her on her phone and get shooed away. I go to this McDonalds frequently for breakfast. The staff is generally friendly and they are usually quick. They have never... gotten my order wrong which is saying something! It's a good place and I would recommend it to a friend. Read more
I'd to thank the first shift team or whichever team worked from 12 - 1PM on 12/08/22. It wasn't their fault the mobile app... wasn't working properly, but when I expressed my disappointment they courteous and swift. And that's from the Manager down.
