The worst McDonald's experience I have experienced. First the drive thru just rushed me thru my order.Then when I payed she... forgot receipt. After I asked for it she shoved it to me and said next window.Well the next worker just shoved the food into mycar and as we drove off,of course all was incorrect. They forgot to give me my drink cup. When I approached the side counter to ask the young lady for my cup, I was ignored for a... bit. Myself and another women whose order was messed up in drive thru, were ignored. When a csr decided she would help, we weregreeted with attitude and irritation. It was an unpleasant visit. EXPENSIVE store, they charge $1.70 for cup of sweet tea. They do NOT have person taking orders, instead they force people to use... machines to order. No one really watching for orders, so it took about 10 minutes for me to get my cut, and only after I grabpersonal who come out with order for some other person. If you want me to pay $1.70 for cup of tea I want my order to beperfect, fast and I want human to be in charge of getting my order. Most likely will not come back Read more
This location is the worst. The fries are consistently burned, stale, and soggy all at the same time. The nuggets are always way... overcooked. And they constantly mess up my order. It's extremely slow. I don't usually negatively review, but this location isjust off Wrightsville Beach and should be better for its location. I'm writing this because the last time I went to thislocation it took 45 minutes. I had to wait 15 minutes in line at drive through, then another 15 in a parking space because theydidn't have food ready. When they finally brought it out, it was the wrong thing... I took it back inside and had to waitanother 15 minutes. After all that, the fries tasted a day old, the nuggets were burned, and they still got the burger wrong. Read more
Stopped in to grab a quick bite on the way to the beach. It was mainly for my son, but I had wanted a 6 piece chicken nugget and... a sweet tea. It took forever to get our food, the drive-thru line was long so we went inside but that was just as bad. Customerservice was not good and when we finally got our food, got back in the car to leave and eat on the way, I only had a 5 chickennuggets. Apparently someone doesn't know how to count. We had already left and didn't feel like turning around to get back inthat long line, plus the food didn't taste all that great either. Even my son, who loves McDonald's didn't care for his lunch.At least the sweet tea tasted good. Next time I'll stick to Checkers when I want fast food. Read more
Just ordered a quick regular burger for a quick lunch near my job. When i got back to eat the burger I realized it was drenched... in what appears to be Mac Sauce which it should not be and was not requested. I didn?t eat it. What a waste of time and money!! Awful :-( Read more
