I very rarely leave bad reviews, and my experiences going here used to be great, and the food is still good. But they never give... me extra cheese on the spud. Every time i ask they never put it on, no matter how much i emphasize. I literally told her iwanted 3x cheese, got home, and saw there was barely even any on it. This has happened multiple times. I feel like i?ll just bebrushed off as overreacting, but it?s not even a complicated request, and they always charge me for it. The workers alsogenerally tend to be unkind and dismissive, and make it very apparent they don?t feel like dealing with you. Read more
Really love there food but this has happened twice. Ordered taco salad get home and no chili and no chips in salad. I live 35... minutes away so not going to take back. Read more
Worked here for 12.5 years and loved it went back a couple months ago as a customer and everything was amazing. I?ve worked at... two other mcalisters deli and this one in regards to food preparation and customer service takes the cake. It?s the best, proudto have been apart of the team at one point! Read more

Service was great! Attentive table staff and ordering was quick for a Sunday lunch time. I ordered the Roast beef, cheese, and... Horseradish sauce sandwich. The bread was excellent which is a good thing as that was about 1/3 of the sandwich. Meat andtoppings had a great flavor but were not plentiful at all. Fiancé had the Italian which was packed with meat and toppings tothe point she had to spread them out a little more in order to bite it. I would still recommend eating here. Read more
I went here with my family while spring breaking in Wilmington and it was nice. You enter, go to register and place your order,... pay right then, receive your number, go seat yourself, and they bring your order out to you when it?s ready. I loved the factthat they had an open outside patio eating area that was nice, neat, cool, and spacious. The food was plentiful, tasty, andfulfilling that I had to get a to go box. I highly recommend one of their tasty spuds which is a meal by itself and theirbroccoli and cheese soup. The cashier put in my order incorrectly for one thing but staff was courteous, kind, and got thereplacement out pronto.The only thing I hated is that I and my kids wanted fountain lemonade but we were denied it as thecashier told us it was for their GRUBHUB/DELIVERY customers only due to them running low. Well as a first time out of townercustomer, that was a turn off for me. I am a paying customer now requesting an item and then I am denied due to a outsidecustomer who you may or may not get today. My thoughts since that is popular drink is to make sure there is enough on hand forBOTH inside & outside customers. We stopped here on a Tuesday to order the McAlister?s Club and a Ruben Sandwich, also tasted a bowl of Tomato Bisque; all... visitors and staff wearing masks, all seated more than 6 feet apart; very clean establishment; at 1145 it was picking upcustomers and all were serviced quickly; this is really a great place to eat; I plan on this being my favorite spot. Huge menufor all appetites and diets. Healthy choices and a special choose 2 items for an excellent $7.99 price. Have a mom and dad dayout and treat them for lunch here. Read more
