They just opened 30 minutes before - I showed up, I was expecting like warm new fresh original donuts I got a dozen of COLD day... old donuts. IT took them 25 minutes to hand over day old donuts. I went back to get fresh donuts they told me I would need towait a hour?! Say what? They told me to microwave them. I got a refund. Not fresh. elevated prices. A lot of problems with this location. -No hot donuts during hot hours. -Frequently out of all of the specials that go on... nationwide. -Frequently out of a variety of their regular menu donuts. -Running the glaze machine without any donuts goingthrough, while the glaze is just dumping out onto the floors. -Donuts on display without trays, just sitting on metalbars. This location just closed down for renovations for a few months, but it seems to have somehow gotten worse. As of summer2022, they have now closed down the lobby. Drive-thru intercom is terrible, and the customer service matches. I wish thingswould improve here. Read more
I gave this location 2 stars for a couple of reasons. First was the speed, or lack there of. Second was the donuts themselves.... I only ordered two and it felt like 8 were in the box. When I picked one up it folded over itself from the weight. I?m not surewhat was wrong with it but I had never had one like that from KK before. Read more
Never had a bad experience ever at a krispy kreme anywhere, this is why it pains me to put a bad review. Also as a note you... cant reciew on the app or website, so Google was the only place I could put it. But im from out of town and 30 min away but thekiddos wanted the St. Patricks day assortments, so I order online and drive the 30 min to the nearest location. I get there andafter a few min I give my name and they bring me one box, I open to check as they walk away, assuming theyre grabbing my 2ndassorted St. Payricks day box. I check the firat and its the dozen green glazed, no prob. After a few min they come back tothe window and ask If they can help me with something. I mention im missing a box of the assorted St. Patricks day, and theyask for my reciept, to which I reply, it was an online order, one green glazed the other assorted. After a few min, they bringme another box...of course at this point I check it, half assorted St. Patricks day, half glazed and clearly not what wasordered. I wait a few min, they return to the window again, I mention the mix up and im told, they ran out. Concerned Imention the price difference, and without a beat im told I can just cancel the order, and return the donuts. I was so surprisedat the lack of customer service, and seeing that nothing will be done I just embarked on my 30 min drive back. I guess there isa first time for everything. Read more

Everytime I go in this Krispy Kreme I have to wait over 5 minutes before any one even speaks. There is usually 3 or 4 employees... walking around on the back. Tales forever to get someone to wait on you. The person doing drive thru is usually busting tailto wait on all the cars all by themselves. But the donuts are delicious ???? Read more
I'm reviewing this based on today's visit. Normally, this place is awesome and have never had an issue until today. Used the app... at the drive through for the points. Cashier had no clue how to handle it (just use the hand held scanner). The biggest issuewith today's visit was the quality of the donuts. Way too much glaze and it never even touched the bottom of the donuts. I likeglazed but come on! Even someone with no training could look at these and figure out it's not right. Read more
Sitting here at 8:44 pm. They are supposed to be open till 10 pm. They told me they are closed. No explanation. Terrible... service. I drove 30 minutes to get donuts. Completely unacceptable. Read more
