Brooklyn doesn't know how to treat customers. The cashiers were laughing and playing when I came up to the window and didnt ring... my foos up correctly. I raised concern and they call for their manager. Manager Brooklyn told me " What do you want for me to doabout it?" Worst experience ever, this is the only time, I've EVER left a restraunt review. Stopped by today to get a 12 pc. bucket of chicken, and some sides . And was charged $5.00 more then it?s listed online for the... 12 pc. . The person behind the counter said that the online price is for online ordering. There is nothing saying that there aredifferent prices for online ordering . This is soo wrong that I can?t even imagine thinking about it . People look up menusonline all the time to decide what to purchase when they walk in to pick up. I used to patronize this place about 2-3 times amonth $20-30 each time , BUT NO MORE . I will not support this co. Period . Read more
Last few times we had it the chicken wasn't crispy, like it had sat in moisture for to long. Also each time we went they never... gave us silverware or napkins we had to go back and ask. Other than that not to bad but deffinitly better places to stop. Read more
Absolutely horrible ordered thru the drive thru. August 24th at around 9:05pm. The lady at the window was absolutely rude.... Rushing my order saying is that it after every item. Then I was supposed to get a drink bucket with my order which she at firstrefused to give me then didn?t ask for what drink I wanted gave me sweet tea and when I said I don?t drink sweet tea she saidwell that?s all you can get you can?t pick your drink anymore. The only two things that made me not give it 5 stars was that the restroom was out of paper towels and that there were some... water drops occasionally dripping from the roof somewhere in the dining area (but not on our table). These are just minorthings, and the food itself was very good, and especially considering the price. Our cashier was also very friendly and helpful.One bonus factor which pulls my rating towards a 5-star is that there were parking lots in the shade, which meant the car wasn'ta sauna when we went back out to it. The cashier Carol was friendly and greeted with a smile. She was warm and what southern charm and customer service should be!... Will come here before I go to Chick-fil-A across the street. My wife and I had worked a very long day and just had a craving for som KFC chicken and sides. We arrived 11 minutes before... closing and went through the drive through. We were greeted and asked for our order. We placed our order and the response wasthat they were out of chicken. We ordered sides and drove to the window and I remarked that the C stands for chicken and a voicefrom the back yelled we?re closed. Closing time was 10. We were still 8 minutes from closing at this point. Meanwhile, a linehad built up behind us. Very poor customer service and they lost the opportunity to make some money. Again, KFC, Kentucky FriedChicken, Chicken is in the name. Get a new manager. Read more
