We?ve ordered online from this location probably six times in the last two months, often enough to know the service is not... great. However, we kept coming back. Our mistake. Tonight, we walk in, after about 10 minutes, and the three employees aresitting at a table. There is no one else in the restaurant. When they make it up to the counter I say I am there to pick up anorder, which I can clearly see is not ready. One of the employees proceeds to pull it off the printer where there is anotherticket as well. When we make it home with our order I realize they have forgotten the two bags of chips ordered with our twomeals. We won?t be returning. Read more
My sandwich was missing the main ingredient, turkey! Lucky for them I was too hungry to go back and was already on the road.
Their tag line is 'freaky fast' but after placing an order 30 minutes in advance they hadn't started my order yet when I came to... pick it up. The food is consistent between locations but I will avoid this location going forward as this is the 3rd or 4th timethis has happened. Read more
