I wish I could award Jester's Cafe one million stars! Our food was spectacular! I enjoyed the Galliano Shrimp Cake Benedict... while my husband chowed down on the Smoked Salmon Benedict. The traditional mimosa as well as the cranberry mimosa were bothrefreshing and delightful. Our server was jovial, competent and knowledgeable. She engaged us in polite conversation and made usfeel relaxed. Everything was perfect! A return trip to Wilmington is a must just so we can eat here again. ***Updates: went again today. We had the Cuban sandwich, smoked salmon Benedict, and mimosas. Absolutely phenomenal food and... service! We were so happy to have another great experience with a staff that is clearly passionate about their craft. I can?twait to go again soon!!! Second time here. So delicious! We shared the smoked salmon Benedict and the Cuban sandwich. Both hit the spot! And, the black... eyed pea salad as a side was fresh and surprisingly yummy! So lovely to find a new breakfast place!! I'm a breakfast picky eater but I tried their black bean benedict with tomatoes and... avocado (which I do not normally eat but was curious to try in this combination). I was delighted!!! Light, delicious andcomforting all in one dish. And their mini muffins are to die for!!! Treat yourself if you are in Wilmington and visitJester's for breakfast. You'll be hooked!!
