Back story: This is the first sandwich shop I've been to since the beginning of the pandemic. Experience: I was loudly greeted.... I wasn't sure by whom because there was an army of people behind the counter. All, glanced up at me as I walked towards thecounter. It was warm and inviting feeling based on what I just experienced at the rug place. A feeling anyone would expect froma customer-centric business. there was excellent signage, clear with numbers and just enough verbiage to make a decision alongwith a picture of the sandwich in mention. It is really nice to see smiling faces! I was shuffled along from the meat cutter tothe condiment person to the cashier. Quick, easy, no fuss. It's basically the same with almost every JM's I've visited. Sandwichwas to be expected. #7 Turkey and provolone with lettuce and tomato and mayo on fancy bread.
