First and last time! This is a knock-off Panera Bread. We only went because there was a wait at Olive Garden next door. Had... we known that it would take even longer at a deli, we would have stayed at Olive Garden. First, there was a long line due tothe lack of staff. We knew we might be in trouble looking around at the people sitting with numbers on their tables waiting forfood. Second, once we ordered, we had a hard time finding a table because there were dirty dishes on 90% of them. Afterwaiting for 20 minutes and watching people leave after eating that came in after us, we went to the pick up counter. There sat2 mac & cheese bowls we ordered without the 2 other sandwiches. Apparently they "forgot" about our order when I asked. So whenwe finally got our food 5-10 minutes later, the mac & cheese was obviously cold because they didn't bother to replace it. I'mgenerously giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they gave us a free brownie each for the delay. However, the delay prevented usfrom golfing that afternoon, ruining our remaining plans for the day. Not worth a free brownie! Needless to say, we will NOTbe going back here ever again. Read more

Their online ordering time frame needs to better reflect accurate pick up times. We ordered prior to lunch, an hour in advance... and it?s been 90 minutes. Still not ready. This is the 3rd time the order has been more than 20 minutes late being ready at thepromised time. We?ve had to cancel and move other plans due to this. Probably won?t be back. Read more

Nice place. Me and my Husband stopped for lunch here. It was our first time ever eating here. We have to come back another time,... because we didn't really know what to order, so we just picked anything. But definitely next time we will be more familiar withthe menu and then we will have a better chance to enjoy our experience. Read more

Always the same. Excellent. Great overstuffed pastrami & corn beef sandwiches. My wife really likes the stuffed baked... potato, which huge and delicious. The quality of the deli meats are what makes the sandwiches stand out from other delis in thearea. A bit disappointed the free soft serve ice cream machine but maybe next time. Read more

Hands down best baked potatoes in town! Strawberry blueberry salad is also delicious. Wish the bathrooms were kept a little... cleaner but that is my only complaint. Food is always great and staff is amazing Read more

They have a great salad bar! I tried a spinach wrap the first time I went found it to be small and nothing special. Once I... discovered their salad bar though it became one of my favorite places to go! Read more

OK, back to 5 stars. Never gone back and forth before but this is justified. The new review is as follows: My family and I... returned to Jason?s Deli at the invitation of Matt the business manager due to a poor review. I did not expect a response fromthe company and was surprised to receive one. That was impressive and tells me that they truly care what their customers think.I will say this was a the 5 star experience I was hoping for. Matt greeted us and displayed an affable professionalism thattruly made us and the other guest in the restaurant feel welcome. I ordered the Carmela which was superb. The Carmela consistsof: Three meats - salami, pepperoni, ham - melted provolone, spicy piquillo pepper relish, mayo, toasted sourdough. Thesandwich is somewhat spicy and amazing. The preparation of the sandwich was precise and even. The amount of meat was generousand the toasting was quite even on the bread. While the sandwich was tasty the real star of the meal was the French onion soupthey just brought back. As many of you know French onion soup is something I enjoy ordering and reviewing if it available on amenu. I was surprised to find the French Onion soup at Jason?s to be on par and even exceeding many more traditionalrestaurants. The cheese and crouton layer were appropriate and nicely browned. The onions were cooked perfectly. They wereneither to hard or soft and had rich flavor. The broth was dark and rich and well-seasoned. Not too salty or bland. For theprice point, it is one of the best French Onions in the area. I am deleting the prior 3 star as google says I have exceeded thecharacter limit....... Read more
