I hate I had to take this to Google? ..but my last experience here was not great. The staff was nice, an overall positive... experience being served. However our food was cold and we didn?t receive much at all. We did not receive any notification thatour food was ready for pick up. In our hibachi plates, the rice was pretty dry, and there was little to no meat and veggies thatcame with our entree. My wife and sister dined in at this location and they said the food was delicious the cook was great and the people were very... nice. They brought me back a plate and I got to say I haven't eaten here in 5 years (moved away) but the food is still a 10/10cooked to perfection. by far the best tasting hibachi restaurant around, second to none. This use to be my #1Togo spot. Unfortunately, it has changed tremendously. The cooking area inside isn?t appealing at all. The... front refrigerator is broken and falling apart. I am a frequent customer here at Habachi Togo. About 3-4 months or so ago theywere struggling for help BUT, the food was AMAZING. Within the past month or so everything has changed, the food quality andtemperature, the wait times, the availability of the business and it?s employees. I have been here twice within the past twoweeks and EACH time my order was missing something or the quality was poor. The cooks are walking around in the kitchen withouthair nets on. There?s a guy in there right now with blue hair without a hair net. One day I came and my food was incorrect so, Ihad to drive back to the restaurant , just for them to have the front door locked. I had to pull around to the drive thru andthe reason for the door being locked was ?they can?t take any orders?. However, you can run my card and take my payment. Itdidn?t make any sense. But then I would see employees in the back of the building playing around. It is terrible now and I DONOT RECOMMEND. I?m not sure how the other locations are but this is not how it use to be.
