Update: manager called me and personally apologized. I definitely will give them another chance since this was excellent... customer follow up to correct an issue! Thanks, Dakota! I really like Five Guys and was excited to make my first trip to theone at Mayfaire in Wilmington. However, the burgers were not up to their usual fresh taste and appearance. They were dry and hadthe look and texture of frozen patties. Maybe they had sat around for a while but the place was steady busy enough to not haveto have that be an issue. start by ordering my burger (no cheeseburger for me but is an option) with toppings and condiments, large fry (since when $6.99?... lol) that's fine. And sweet tea (as usual here) A little longer wait time than expected of typical Five Guys.
