Love their sweet tea it's better than other places I've tried. I also like their bagels, just a little to much cream cheese so... make sure you ask for light if you don't want half the block on one bagel. Read more
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. After praying they would get their s*** together for the last year, I?ve... started going 10+ mins out of my way to visit the Dunkin across town. Do you know how TERRIBLE this location must be to make alazy person like me go out of my way for their semi-decent coffee?!?! I agree with all previous bad reviews- long wait timeswhen there?s no one in line, constantly getting orders wrong and then they make you feel stupid for correcting them, etc. Theirmanager, Jarmaine, is rude, inconsiderate, and clearly does not care about his duty to run the store. I?ve witnessed himpublicly humiliating new staff members for small mistakes on their first day of work. MULTIPLE TIMES. They recently sent inhigher up management to try to ?fix? this locations issues and things were better for a month or so. The moment they left, itwent back to exactly how it was before, if not worse. I was the only customer in store and no one in drive through. I was directed to do the kiosk since I was paying with a card.... Made my dozen donut selection and 2 coffee selection. 2 coffees were made. The pepperment mocha had all foam. No coffee.Americano was blah. After 1 minute I had to say excuse me!! I also have donuts. The kiosks donuts are wrong compared to whatsactually on the shelf. ALL 5 WORKERS WERE STANDING AROUND! COMPLETELY IGNORED ME! The cashier asked me what my order was becausethere was old tickets covering the counter. My husband had to come in the store to ask me what was taking soo long! I work foodservice..
