Coffee is always served hot. Great service, was greeted upon arrival.
i use the mobile app, and my order is always ready with a friendly face greeting me when i walk in to pick up!
the worker at the drive through was so rude that i was actually in shock. she was hostile and mocked us through the speaker like... a two year old. if these are the people they?re employing it?s fine, but personally i will never come here again. starbucks isbetter now that i think about it, because they employ people who know how to work with people. We order 6 donuts 2 lemon filled and neither donut had any filling in it.
I do not normally give reviews, but I go to this store in a regular basis. And I have never been so impressed with how a manger... runs this store. I asked the manager this morning her name and it is Laura. As a regional manager myself I know how difficulther job is. She is a hustler on point and handles all aspects of running this store so fluidly. From the drive thru, deliverypickups etc? gotta give her some props. I wouldn?t mind stealing her for my company? Service was fast! Ordered a caramel iced latte and the caramel drizzle on top of the whipped cream was missing ???? I went... through the drive up and the speaker was clear and cashier took order quickly! Read more
